Modern Coordinates - Spots, Checks & more
When a plain is too plain, these modern coordinates could be just the ticket. If you think of the main quilt patterns as the stars of the show, these simpler prints are the hard working chorus line. For a contemporary quilt they’d also look great combined with Twist, and lashings of white and soft grey.
These really are all-round essentials, so if you’re trying to build your stash, we’d suggest buying 50cm of a pattern which is also enough for most quilt bindings. For additional Modern Coordinates, look also at Speckled by Ruby Star Society and our poplin polka dots.
Plus we also now have two fabulous fat eighth precut bundles, each with 16 patterns (that’s 2m of fabric to play with). Just head over to the bundle page to order.
These fabrics are priced and sold by the quarter metre (equivalent price £12.60-15.00/m depending on the design). We’ll automatically cut a long quarter (25x112cm), but if you’d prefer a fat quarter (50x56cm), just click the prompt when adding to your basket.
Larger quantities are always cut as a continuous length. For 50cm, add a quantity of 2 to your basket; for 1 metre, add 4; for 2 metres, add 8 and so on.
