French General fabrics are timeless patterns based on archive 19th century designs. Filled with classic duck egg blues, plus red, taupe and cream, these bolder florals and small prints will make up beautiful French-inspired quilts and home textiles. The designs would also be suited for dressmaking and home accessories.

French General patterns coordinate beautifully with many colours from our Linen Textures range, Linen Handle and even our classic Ticking stripes.

These fabrics are priced and sold by the quarter metre (equivalent price is £15-16.40/m depending on the design). The exception is the Antoinette panel which measures 90x112cm and is £14.75. We’ll automatically cut a long quarter (25x112cm), but if you’d prefer a fat quarter (50x56cm), just click the prompt when adding to your basket.
